Are your rooms (adventures) private?
Yes, all our adventures are private.
How many players can be in an adventure?
A minimum of TWO (2) players is needed.
A maximum of EIGHT (8) players.
How much does an adventure cost?
The cost is:
- A base price of $87 plus tax/fees will permit 2-3 players
- 4-8 players will be $29 plus tax per person
What are the hours?
Monday - Thursday: corporate/ advanced appointments only
Friday- 5:00 pm- 9:30pm
Saturday- 11:00 am- 9:30pm
Sunday- 11:00am- 5:00pm
Are tickets refundable?
If you can't make a reservation or need to make changes to it, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the reservation for a full refund. No refunds or partial refunds for no-show, cancellations, or reduced players within 24 hours of the scheduled adventure.
Do you allow walk-ins?
You are more then welcome to come in during our business hours to book an adventure if one is available. Without an advanced reservation, we can not guarantee the time or adventure you are wanting to play will be available. We recommend booking online in advance at(insert link for booking page) to guarantee your spot.
Are children allowed?
Yes children are permitted in all of the adventures. ALL children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Children under the age of 13 are not recommended for Grandma's House, but will be permitted entrance with adult approval.
Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?

What if I show up late?
All adventures start exactly at their scheduled time. If you arrive late you can still play, but you will have time deducted from your 60 minutes. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your adventure start time in order to check in. There will be no refunds for late arrivals. Please give us a call if you will be late (337) 429-5445
Will I be locked in?
No you will not be locked in, in the case of an emergency you are able to exit the adventure.

Can I reschedule my booking?
If you have to reschedule your booking, please notify us by calling 24 hours in advance. We will try to accommodate your request pending the availability. You will only be allowed to change your reservations one time. If you re-schedule your game that also excludes your booking being eligible for a refund. PLEASE NOTE: if you request to a schedule change less then 24 hours before a scheduled booking, we will NOT guarantee the ability to reschedule, but we will do our best to accommodate.
